**Moving – Meditation Nirvana**

生為動，命是禪。  
**Life is moving; Living is Zen.**

所有生物以動為生。  
**All living things live by moving.**

不動而亡故稱動物。  
**Animals mean the motion of objects because they will die once moving stops.**

欲動為本，體動為形。  
**Desire is the root; Action is the form.**

情動故群聚，意動成所思。  
**Emotions join all life gather together. Intentions becomes our thoughts.**

上上智者，靈動生禪定。  
**Awakening wise conscious – Moving meditation with the art of motion.**

一呼一吸，皆有大智慧。  
**Every breath contains the most incredible wisdom.**

一舉一動，無非真性情。  
**Every movement is nothing but genuine emotion.**

一心一意，契合無上道。  
**With one heart and one intention, they are in harmony with the way of abstract Dao.**

動中有太極禪，  
**Tai Chi wisdom is their living meditation.**

依禪入無我定。  
**And through Zen, one can enter the state of No I.**

至簡大道，寂然不動感而遂通。  
**The greatest Dao is pure, silent without motion; once we are calmly aware of it, the heart is free – being.**

至高妙法，悟得自在寂靜𣵀槃。  
**True-Dharma is the most wise being. Enlightenment of the awakening Self brings Unlimited joy of Nirvana.**
