- Practicing that philosophy goes deeper – help other ppl have feeling and help you understand what that word means.

– wisdom to not take life too seriously and too much worry,

– wisdom to take care of my body,

– wisdom to let go and be free even for a second,

– wisdom to share with other life,

– wisdom to heal myself and other life,

– wisdom to train martial art and express it in a way that brings joy to myself and others.
