### **Step 0 (Before the 5 Levels): Conditioning**

- Tension-free
- Foot toes, ball spring point – rolling
- Air foot, charge foot

---

### **1\. Wise Choice = Capability for Learning**

- One is a choice.
- Releasing tension is always a good direction.
- Wise choice begins the possibility of learning Dharma.

---

### **2\. Developing Dharma Ability = A New Path Out of Reincarnation**

- Two: Learn something.
- Get rid of “I”! Practice Taiji.
- Go to nature, reduce the sense of self.
- This starts the new path out of blind karma cycles.

### **3\. United with Tao = One with the Universe. Final Goal in the Perfect Present**

- “United” means it was once separate.
- Three: Aware of some Dharma, understanding how this universe works.
- This universe exists in the present.
- The universe *runs* in the present—it doesn’t go anywhere.
- It is Dharma itself as a living presence, helping every life search for the future.
- That’s why Daoism teaches **Wu Wei**.

**The Universe acts as Dharma** — it moves in four phases:

- Appear
- Develop
- Destroy
- Disappear (Reincarnation)

This is the highest level of Daoist understanding.

### **4\. Dharma Self-Being = Unlimited, Eternal Dharma as Your Own Being**

- Start training that way.
- No more “uniting”—your being directly follows Dharma.
- You become the centre, influencing everything around you.
- Bad karma can no longer control or influence you.

### **5\. Dharma Free Will Creation = Create Pure Land, Become Buddha**

- Help others break free from blind karma.
- Through Taiji – becoming more delicate, timeless, and sensitive.
- Help others find the **Wu Wei zone**.
- No more hurrying in the blind human zone.
- Harmony with extreme power.

**The power already exists.**  
You just need to be aware of it—**not** create it.  
Taiji is already everywhere.
