# Taiji Is a Dharma with Many Dharmas Inside

- **No-Tension Dharma** – Move like water
- **Power from Foot Dharma**
- **Aware of Charge Up and Open Dharma**
- **Free from Thinking Dharma** – Aware of those Dharma above without thinking
- **Art Dharma** – Do it with art – art comes from melody and creation
- **Condition Dharma** – Make sure you have the condition to do it perfectly
- **Posture Control Dharma** – Each position: aware posture control extremes without over-tension
- **No-I Dharma** – Unite all above Dharma and live in the present, no beginning, no end
- **Self-Defence Dharma** – All of the above  
  - *Still Far from Taiji – Not even into self-defence at all yet*

- Aware of self and other 100% using Waterman and Shadowman (shadow boxing)
- One talks about no tension – match other
- One talks about timing
- Use these two
- **Feel Other Intention Dharma** – Read body language, eye expression, tricks
- **Speed Dharma** – What if they are lighter than you, faster than you?
- **Wuji Dharma** – Even if you become Wuji – Wuji one style only?  
  - What if they can do many – Dragon, Phoenix, Waterfall Explosion, Fire Mantis?
