Guru Ego is inside of every consciousness..  
we all can blindly make it appear

So have to observe it always

1.Whenever we think we are better than others

2\. Or pretend we know more than others

3\. Or have desire want to control others

4.Or want to pretend we are something we are not to trick others for our greed

the seeds of guru already grow in us.
