  • Energy always moving, but physical posture can be moving or more still
    • Consciousness energy go to many things
      • Energy all divided, intention
      • Sensitivity training
    • No tension, no blockage style, energy can run

Types of Meditation

Moving Meditation (Internal and external)

      • Yoga / stretching
      • Taiji, Qian Kun, Qigong, Wuji
        • Taiji eternal system
        • Against blind karma – develop generosity, discipline, patience, concentration already

Seated / Still Meditation (Internal)

      • Curiosity – out of expectation
      • Observing nature
        • Nature has no I
      • Listening
        • Ocean has own timing
      • Reading philosophy
      • Concentration, relaxing
      • Sing mantra
      • Bowing
      • Calling Buddha and Bodhisattva name

Healing Meditation (Internal)

        • Lie down style, sleeping Buddha

          • Use one finger feeling of lightness

        • Heal others into no-I

Lifestyle Meditation

    • Harmony for body is the goal – extreme in both ways
    • Dharma is eternal wisdom (free from blindness) as a guide
