Regular life Meditation: A Life Fully Aware, Free, and Pure

The united foundation of meditation:

    • Tai Chi moving meditation,
    • 6 Bodhisattva Characters
      • Generosity, discipline, patience, concentration

Concentrate to be aware of all the completely opposite forces in life:

  • lively, wild, free; and no tension, calm, and sharp.

A free heart is sitting down, releasing mind psychology from "I" and "my".

  • Stop negativity and purely observe life.
