忍辱度躁進

精進度散漫

To overcome laziness and distraction.

禪定度昏亂
Meditation:
To overcome confusion and delusion.

智慧度愚痴
Wisdom:
To overcome ignorance and contradiction.

眾生可依此脫離苦海,立地成佛。
