Causation is not only where worry comes from but also fear of death and suffering.

Observe — do we only calculate through what I want and through my I? If so you will never be out of reincarnation.

Appreciate, nature, philosophy to out of I.

Causation-I is illusion. Worry is illusion. Let it go doesn't exist. All temporary, no comparing, life is only to help us to learn life, no good no bad, let all the negative go. There is no one cause, causation means many cause. The main cause is that we can't see through I is illusion — take I too serious and trapped in the fake Causation-I.
